Responsibilities:
To give excellent customer service to international clients

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or Call Centre Executive.
300 Full-Time positions available.

Without CC expreience:
Base pay: 15000-18000
( depends with the result of exam and inteview scores)
Dayshift account
Pioneer account
+allowances
Location: Global City Taguig ( the Fort)
With Call Center Experience
- applicant should have Sales exp ( inbound/outbound/ up -selling)
- applicant should have call center experience ( handled a financial account)

basepay: 20-27k not including allowances

CSR –Inbound sales ( up-selling) No quota
-Applicants Must have a bachelor’s degree or at least 2nd year college( no back subjects)
-20k sign in bonus( without exp)
-30k Sign in bonus( with cc exp experience)
-Preferably with Sales Exp
-18k to 21 k Basic Salary
-applicant must have Good communication skills
-Must be willing to work in Graveyard shifts
-Offers 30% night Differential( biggest in the call center industry)
-offers Shuttle services for their agents
-Gives quarterly bonus ( every 3 months)
-Applicant must be willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong
CSR- Travel Account/hotel account ( inbound Sales)
-Applicants Must have a bachelor’s degree or at least 2nd year college( no back subjects)
-willing to work in Mandaluyong
-12++ basic Salary ++ allowances
-up to 20k incentives and commissions
-Must be amenable to work in graveyard shifts
TSR- Graveyard shift
-Must be willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong
-18k-21 basic salary + 3k allowances ( non taxable)
-30% night differential ( biggest in the call center industry)
-knows basic troubleshooting
-30 k sign-in bonus ( if with cc exp) 20 k Sign in bonus ( without cc exp)
-+3k allowance

CSR/TSR- Dayshift account
Telco account
-At least 2nd year college (no back subjects)
-10 k sign in bonus
-15-16k +3k allowances
-Pioneer Account
-1k program allowance
