RESPONSIBILITIES:


Agents are in charge of reserving conference accounts for clients through live calls, making appropriate changes to conferences account reservations, investigation of billing inquiries, user education on conference usage, conference reporting, playback on demand usage and web conferencing, web conference account creation and troubleshooting, and are assigned with email work for account creations/modifications
REQUIREMENTS:

* Completed at least 2 years in college
* Average verbal and written English communication skills
* Proficiency in a Windows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding abilities
* Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Efficiency planning and organizing to meet scheduled deadlines
