Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* This position requires a solid foundation in a particular Financial and Accounting functional area, effective comunications to multiple levels of the organization and knowledgeable of the other Finance and Accounting. The position requires an individual who can perform process development, reengineering and improvement.
* Has experience executing transition activities for a single functional area or tower within Finance and Accounting in a BPO industry.
* Has experience in achieving transition objectives with budgeted work effort and travel plans.
* Has experience in developing processes and future state process flows, identifying change controls, risks, compliance concerns, and contractual or legal requirements while operationally efficient solutions and delivery capabilities.
* Good English verbal and written communication skills. Will require to travel, hence should possess valid passport. Preferable US visa.
* Willing to work on shifting hours.
