Responsibilities:

* To deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Proactively convert inquiry calls to sales
* Save customers from cancellation of account

Requirements:

* Read, speak and write English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* At least 18 years old
* At least 12 years of educational background (2nd year College)
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* No employment termination due to just cause in work history
