Technical Support Representative - Vietnamese Support
(National Capital Reg, Southern Tagalog)
* To provide a professional and efficient customer support/service function for all client projects, in line with client contractual requirements via phone, fax and email.
* Preferably with a College Degree in Computer Science or Engineering/IT Related Course
* Strong Customer service skills.
* Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
* Ability to logically analyze and present information
* Internet savvy
* Proficient in the Vietnamese and English language both Oral and Written
* Must be willing to work on Shifting Schedule
* Must be willing to work in Gilmore, Quezon City
