The Company:
Trixan is a multi-national online retail company based in Australia. This dynamic fast-growing company hires only the best! Trixan has a team of professionals working in Mandaluyong and they are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader.

The Role:

Our growing 24/7 Customer Service team handles inquiries from Trixan customers in the US, UK and Australia, with queries on a range of fashion and pet products. About 60% of customers contact us via email, and 40% via telephone.

You will also be working closely with staff in our Sydney, Nanjing and Indianapolis offices regarding product information, stock levels, and systems training. You will be learning Trixan's in-house IT systems, and so experience with a variety of software applications is helpful.

Flexibility is required as you will need to work alternative shifts from time to time.

You:
* We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
* Minimum three years experience working in a client services role with customers from English-speaking countries, preferably with Team Leader experience
* Excellent verbal and written skills in the English language
* High level interpersonal communication skills with a warm, confident, professional, and patient manner
* Ability to lead a team to perform at a high standard in every customer interaction
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a team environment
* Computer savvy
* Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Possesses an eye for detail, paying particular attention to product and order specifics, spelling and grammar
* A flexible approach to work with an enthusiastic manner. Must lead by example.
* Experience with recruitment, induction and training of new employees will be highly regarded

This position is for immediate commencement. Starting base salary is P23,000 per month with opportunity for regular pay increases in line with performance. We look forward to receiving your application!

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
* Preferably Supervisor / 4 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
