Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Candidate must have 1 year call center experience handling a Customer Care Inbound account.
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Has strong written and verbal communication skills required with an emphasis on customer service.
* Has the ability to work in fast paced call center environment.
* Has strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide a positive customer experience.
* Must be willing to work at graveyard shift.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay CIty.
* Must be willing to start ASAP.
Qualified applicants may have a ONE DAY PROCESS at the 7th floor 1Ecom building Palm Coast Avenue Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City at 10AM starting June 15 from 9AM to 4PM.
