Responsibilities:

* Customer Care Specialists deliver world-class service to our valued customers across the globe.
* This position is for an inbound telesales account servicing a global financial software client

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Four-year college degree/Bachelor’s Degree in any course; candidates who completed three years in college are welcome to apply
* Must have at least six months inbound/outbound call center / BPO experience
* Excellent Sales and Presentation skills
* Comprehension – Ability to clearly understand problem statements and recognize the underlying issues
* Ability to multi-task
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* An aptitude or experience in selling and negotiating
* Willing to work in different schedules, including graveyard, weekend and holiday shifts
