Responsibilities:

* Answer calls and address customer’s technical support needs
* Manage incident load efficiently through timely customer contact, research and escalation
* Research and consult with peers when unable to quickly identify cause of problem.
* Advise and educate customers in a way they can understand
* Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to accurately identify problems.
* Apply most effective solution for identified problems.
* Adhere to quality standards, framework, policies, and processes
* Create positive customer experience through providing an efficient and quality solution to customer enquiries/problems
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Proven Technical skills
