Customer Service Agent for Multinational BPO Company. Relocation Package Available! Cebu CLA13
(Central Visayas - Cebu City)
Responsibilities:
* Candidates will cater to customer inquiries and concerns, solve problems and provide assistance to client needs
* Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, during weekends and holidays
* Sell/Up-sell products and place customer orders in computer system.
* Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Applicant should have at least 2 years in College
* Required skill(s): Excellent communication skills, Basic computer knowledge, Customer service orientation.
* Preferred skill(s): Multitasking skills, Problem Solving Skills, Analytical Skills.
* Work experience in a call center company is a great advantage.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
