Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls.
• Respond to clients’ issues and concerns.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information on products and services.
Requirement:
♠ Completed 2 years in college or 2 yrs. vocational course.
♠ Above average English communication skills with good listening.
♠ Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
♠ Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift.
♠ Amenable to work in COMMONWEALTH AREA.
