CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Japanese Speaking)
(Southern Tagalog)
Responsibilities:
* Handle Inbound and Outbound calls/Email responding to customer’s concern
* Generate potential sales opportunity by providing product information, recommend specific products and solutions, maintain and build customer relationship
* Generate inbound and outbound reports of Japan leads and opportunities categorized by business segments, sales, service, general information and complaints within the agreed service level agreement.
* Weekly review of reports with Director of Business Development SunPower Japan
* Own, qualify and manage Leads/Opportunities (Lead Management)
* Accurately log customer-related information/notes on CRM
* Work with other teams locally and globally to support Japan market as deemed necessary.
* Plug calls to appropriate parties
* Other related activities
Requirements:
* Graduate of any 4 year course
* Required skill(s): Internet Savvy, English Proficient, Good Voice Quality.
* Must be fluent in Japanese and English languages.
* Fluency in writing Japanese language is a plus

* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
