Project & Process Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide project management support and timely delivery on projects and process initiatives for the account
* Supporting all regional and global projects impacting the account
* Ensuring proper management of projects from end to end, monitored regularly and tracking progress
* Involved with a high level of communication and liaison with all areas of the business to assist in the implementation of solutions
* Analyze workflow processess: identify areas requiring improvement or inefficiencies
* Liase and get input from Call Center teams or other internal departmens directly affected by the process area



REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Buendia,Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
