Revenue Analyst

(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* Preparation and review of monthly invoices and invoicing activities including credit memo to revised invoices, daily revenue monitoring, including review of contractual terms for propriety, revenue estimation and recording, reporting for the Company's various product lines, preparation and review of revenue adjustments.
* Prepares US and Local Invoices
* Summarized monthly revenue and compare with actual billings
* Prepares monthly commission schedule
* Support process improvements to increase invoicing and revenue accounting efficiency and control direct costs but not sacrificing quality of service
* Prepares MPC report and analyze relation to revenue and costs
* Prepare monthly functional income statement and analysis
* Coordinates with inter-company transactions and analysis.
* Preparation of balance sheet and income statement schedules and analysis
* Liquidation of advances and other related to incentives
* Distribution of billable incentives
* Audit of Payroll, Petty Cash, Revolving Funds, incentive program and PTT allowances
* Preparation and analysis of Consolidated Functional Income Statements

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
