Technical & Help Desk Support Representative
(National Capital Reg - Mandaluyong, Otis Paco Manila, Libis)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing excellent technical support service by phone and via email.

Logs all contact activity, dispatching to tower when appropriate. Serves as a focal point in resolving in-scope tickets.
Performs remote diagnosis when appropriate through the use of Microsoft NetMeeting, Remote Administrator, Net Support or any remote connection software.
Resolves incidents using available Service Desk Knowledge Base, if present
Provides ticket status update when customer inquires.



Requirements:
Graduate of BS in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related course

Experience as technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, is an advantage
Has a functional background on and understanding of
MS Office Productivity Suite, Lotus Notes Email, MS Windows and/or Apple Mac OS
Call ticketing software application tools and concepts
IT infrastructure (Network topologies, concepts, and others)
Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Very good customer service and English communication and documentation skills
