Technical Support Engineers
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)



Responsibilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact of customer via phone, web submittals and email
* Provide high quality and timely Technical Support to partners and the external customer base for all reported issues and inquiries for multiple hosted software (SaaS) applications.
* Setup and configure new web hosting accounts including FTP access.
* Document appropriate issues with solutions, techniques and common questions for possible publishing to the Solutions database or for Best Practices
* Escalate issues/questions (if needed) for resolution and/or additional troubleshooting but will still continue to be the main point of contact of the customer until the issue is resolved or the question is answered

Requirements:

* Basic understanding of HTML.
* Good customer service and multi tasking skills are a must
* Ability to handle multiple stressful situations while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
* Must be dependable to be at work during assigned shifts (normal and 24/7)
* Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of end-user (verbal and written)
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
* Experience with web conferencing technologies such as WebEx, Live Meeting etc.
* Self starter, able to quickly learn current and emerging technologies
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Ability to analyze, identify and solve technical problems
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Web Conferencing technologies.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
