◘ Provide world-class customer service through calls by: responds to clients’ issues and concerns; handle customer inquiries and complaints; and provide information on products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed 2 years in college any course or 2 yrs. Vocational course.
• Average English communication skills with active listening.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Willing to work on a Graveyard shift / Shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong.
• Full-Time position available.
