Customer Care Executive and Technical Support Executive
(National Capital Reg)
Requirements:
For Customer Care Executives:
- Must have at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course
- Experience in order-entry, sales and/or customer service is an advantage
- Upselling exposure will be considered as additional skill
- Must be fluent in English communication and comprehension skills
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
For Technical Support Executives:
- Must have at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course
- At least 1 year in a technical support program.
- Should have clear understanding of computing hardware
- Should have a basic knowledge of both wired and wireless networks
- Should have an understanding of different networking hardware devices (LAN cards, Routers, Hubs, etc.)
- Understanding of different cabling systems (like Coaxial, CAT 5/UTP, Fiber Optic etc)
- Should have basic understanding of the different networking terms (FTP, HTTP, etc.
- Should have understanding of IP addressing
- Should have clear understanding of Operations Systems
- Must know OS installation
- Should know how to install various hardware on a computer system
- Must have good knowledge of device driver installation & troubleshooting
- Understanding & working knowledge of storage over network (NAS based devices) would be an added advantage.
