Responsibilities:
* Responsible for processing customer inquiries by proceeding through appropriate work flows determined by questioning and listening.
* The candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries (e.g. router configuration, software installation, printer troubleshooting).
* Exceptional candidates will have a chance to be profiled to the dayshift department.
* Chance to apply for higher positions(Team Lead, Trainer, Floorwalker, Quality Assurance) once regularized.
* This is for immediate hiring!
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Applicant must have at least two (2) years of college education with no back subjects.
* Required skill(s): Strong communication skills, Customer service oriented, Basic technical know-how.
* Preferred skill(s): Software, Hardware, Networking Troubleshooting Skills.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
