TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS (Agent Post)

Responsibilities:
Skills:

* Cisco Certified Network Associate or higher (CCNA must be current)
* Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 2003 or 2008 or higher (MCSE, MCSA etc.)
* Knowledge of SQL server and SQL is desirable
* Previous software technical support experience (1 to 3 years) working with enterprise software customers via email and telephone
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable with American English and colloquialisms
* Excellent capability to communicate technical information effectively
* Must have strong reasoning and technical troubleshooting skills
* Strong multi-tasking skills


Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding technical support for our customers. Support cases will come from the web and telephone. Cases will be resolved using technical skills, knowledge base or product documentation searches.
* Quickly learn and apply new technical knowledge
* Follow all SolarWinds technical support processes and procedures
* Adapt support techniques based on feedback from Technical Support Manager



Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
