RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Main Queue Agents handle customer care inquiries pertaining to payment, balances, interests, payment methods, etc.
* Records Management Agents handle non-voice (email) and internal inquiries
REQUIREMENTS:

* Completed at least 2 years in college
* Average verbal and written English communication skills
* Good comprehension and analytical skills
* Financial background is an advantage
* 30 Full-Time positions available
