AP CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

*
Position Overview: Resolve customer and MWV inquiries with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
*
Specifically the Customer Service Agent will perform Customer Service activities:
*
• Service vendor and/or internal customer phone calls/emails/faxes
*
• Document all customer inquiries
*
• Perform follow-up contact on all pending issues
*
• Process all escalations
*
• Process all tax inquires (i.e. direct pay, tax exempt, sales tax, etc.)
*
• Process calls & emails (inbound and outbound)
*
• Support Management in process optimization
*
• Other duties as assigned by management
*
• Resolve DART invoice exceptions

Requirements:

* 2-4 years customer service experience required
* 1 -2 years accounting/finance experience
* Knowledge of DART desirable
* Must be willing to work at night shift
Level of Education
* Associates degree in business, accounting or finance required
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Knowledge of Lotus Notes
