Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Master necessary information regarding a certain product or service.
• Provide information, answer customers' concerns, resolve issues and handle objections being rasied by the customer.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess 2 years in College or Bachelors degree in any field.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift, weekends and holidays.
• Average English communication skills.
