Responsibilities:

* Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
* Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Up-sell products and services.
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
* Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Great customer service, Excellent communication skills, basic technical knowledge.
* Preferred skill(s): Positive work ethics.
* At least 3 months of any sales-related experience is required.
* Previous call center work experience is a great advantage.
* Required language(s): English.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
