Credit/AR Reconciliation Analyst

Responsibilities:
Field and place telephone calls and emails to/from customers and sales representatives about orders, invoice issues, payment issues, account reconciliations, etc.
Monitors account reconciliations, etc.
Reconcile customer debits
Interface with Off shore operations functions
Monitor customer websites for related AR information
Establish and maintain relationships with customer

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
* Ability to use a computer specifically Excel, Word and Outlook - Advanced User preferred
* Ability to follow established procedures and timeless
* Ability to reconcile accounts
* Minimum of 2-3 year of related receivable and business to business collections experience
* Full-Time positions available.
