• Receive calls from US customers and assist them regarding product/service concern.
• Ensure that call quality is observed in resolving customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed at least 2-yr vocational course or bachelors degree in any field.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Average English communication skills.
