RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Customer Service Associate for the Automotive program responds to all contacts directed to high-level customer executives, high level marketing employees, marketing managers and Employee Vehicle Assistance Coordinator (EVAC) Program Managers.


REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for candidates with:


* At least completed 2 years of college
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Skills in basic computer operations
* An ability to deliver information at customer's knowledge level in an understandable manner
* A strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively
* A strong customer service orientation.



Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
