Responsibilities:

* Possesses good persuasion skills, enthusiastic, spontaneous and creative
* Can work well in a team
* Proven ability to handle stress well and work under pressure
* Willing to work on shifts/graveyard hours

Requirements:

Customer Service Representatives – Sales


* Has completed at least two (2) years of College
* Telemarketing/Sales experience preferred but not
* Good disposition towards work
* Can work with minimal supervision
* Strong English verbal communication skills, including active listening



Technical Support Representatives


* Applicants must be 18 years old and above
* Minimum of 2 years in college accomplished for international campaign
* Strong English verbal communication skills, including active listening
* Computer literate and proficient in typing
* Willing to work during night shifts and extended hours
* Customer focused and patient in handling customers concerns
* Enthusiastic, prompt and courteous
* High tolerance for stress
* Pleasant disposition
* Excellent judgment skills
* Has excellent analytical and probing skills
