CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / OUTBOUND AGENT (PIONEER ACCOUNT)

(National Capital Reg - Libis, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasay, Sucat & Alabang)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* ONE DAY PROCESS
* FREE CALL CENTER COACHING, LEARN FAST AND BE HIRED
* START DATE FOR OUTBOUND AGENT - MAY 25, 2010

REQUIREMENTS:

* URGENT NEED!
* At least 2nd year college (No back subjects)
* Willing to work in shifting schedules including graveyard shifts.
* Applicants must be willing to accept P12-18K as salary plus excellent benefits
* Applicants must be willing to work Shaw/Mandaluyong, Libis, Makati, Ortigas,Pasay, Sucat and Alabang
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Only full-time positions are available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* OUTBOUND AGENT
* Account Profile – Financial Account (Pioneer Wave)
* QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of any course or finished at least 2 years in college
* At least six (6) months call center experience, required
* Preferably with sales background
* Type 25wpm
* Computer literate (MS Office applications)
* Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
* Above average communication skills
* Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs
* Provide a positive, professional, and outgoing personality.
* Good organization and work prioritization skills
