Urgent Hiring for Customer Service Representatives for a US Telecomms Account. CMCY68

(Central Visayas - Cebu City)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for processing customer inquiries by proceeding through appropriate work flows determined by questioning and listening.
* The candidate will also be responsible for mobile phone troubleshooting and customer inquiries (e.g. billing explanations, account maintenance and upgrades).
* The position also entails recognizing sales opportunities based on system generated flags, introducing programs to be sold, and explaining how it addresses the account holder's preferences or concerns, enrolling the customer in the program or transfers them to the correct department and confirms acceptance of product or service.
* The candidate will also be required to explain new products/services and guide the customer through if/when the customer needs help in making use of these products/services.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* At least two (2) years of college education is required.
* Applicants with previous call center experience are preferred. PREMIUM PAY FOR EXPERIENCE
* Sales background is an advantage but not required.
* Required skill(s): Excellent communication skills, Basic technical know-how, Customer service orientation.
* Preferred skill(s): Positive work ethics, Good listening skills, Analytical and decisive.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 300 Full-Time positions available.
* Premium pay will be given to qualified candidates who have at least 6 months call center work experience.
* Scholarship programs are available to qualified candidates.
