Customer Service/Tech Support Agent (1 Day Hiring: May 6-7)
(Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Pasay, ParaƱaque, Alabang, Laguna)

• Receive calls from US customers regarding product or service inquiries.
• Ensure that call quality is observed while rendering customer service.
• Resolve customers' concerns by providing appropriate information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed at least two (2) years in College or two - year vocational course.
• Willing to be trained and dedicated to work in the Call Center industry.
• Amenable to work on shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Hospitable and customer service oriented.
• Average English communication skills.


Compensation includes basic salary, medical benefits, allowances, night differential and other incentives.
