Responsibilities:

* Our NOC Engineers are responsible for maintaining customer uptime and improving their computing experiences through proactive and effective remote monitoring, maintenance and problem identification and resolution activities, as well as growing and developing the organizations perception with existing customers through exceptional customer service.
* This position will include identifying hardware, network and end user problems and remediating them within established SLAs.
* Responsibilities include identifying, documenting and troubleshooting issues to resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Analysing remote monitoring reports to identify capacity and performance issues and remediate them
* The ability to manage, maintain, troubleshoot and support our users networks, equipment, software and services
* Accurate documentation of all activities conducted.
* The bility to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.

Requirements:

* Minimum three years service desk experience
* Microsoft Certified Professional status (MCSA/MCSE)
* Kaseya Experience
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003, Small Business Server 2003, Exchange Server 2007, Networking Infrastructure, WANs and VPSs
* Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
* Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible

* Candidates must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation to learn new technologies and management and maintenance processes.
* This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and unbeatable customer service.

* Required language(s): English
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

Home-Office Requirement
* A good working computer - Desktop/Laptop; Minimum OS of Windows XP
* A good working headset
* A WIRED Internet connection of at least 1 Mbps
