Responsibilities:

*
>To strategically plan, design, review, cascade and initiate implementation of Organization-wide initiatives, intervention and employee development programs in order to address issues that affect the behavior, performance, productivity and working relationship.
*
>To audit Organizational and Departmental processes and systems for amendment and enhancement.
*
>Propose designed processes, procedures, and systems to Top Management for review and approval.
*
>Data gathering, root cause analysis and reports consolidation.
*
>Plan strategic methods to address issues identified.
*
>Design programs, processes, procedures, and systems relative to the planned strategic method.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
>At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
>Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City.
>Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
>4 Full-Time positions available.
