Requirements:

* Should have at least 6 months experience in Call Center/BPO Industry.
* Has strong written and verbal communication skills. This includes speaking with confidence, being clear and concise when interacting with customers, and providing information to a customer in a way that is easily understood.
* Has ability to work in fast paced call center environment
* Has strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide a positive customer experience.
* Ability to maintain the appropriate level of process knowledge to assist callers.
* Willing to work in Graveyard shift
* Saturday-Sunday off
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Should be willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
* Can start ASAP.
