Responsibilities:

*
Responsible for processing customer inquiries by proceeding through appropriate work flows determined by questioning and listening.
*
The candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries (e.g. Interent connectivity, router configuration, software installation, home and business network troubleshooting).
*
Transfer or refer customers to appropriate departments if issue is not covered bt scope of support.
*
The candidate will also be required to explain disclosures and product/service provisions and will also be responsible for tracking and identifying the reasons for sale/ no sale; dispositions the sale.



* Chance to apply for higher positions(Team Lead, Trainer, Floorwalker, Quality Assurance) once regularized.
*
Salary increases once regularized and after one year.




Requirements:
Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college in any course.
Must have at least 1 year Call Center work experience preferably in Technical Support OR
1 year work experience in an I.T. company.
Required language(s): English.
Must have basic knowledge in Home Network Configuration, Hardware and Router troubleshooting.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Full-Time positions available.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to analyze multiple sources of information to determine best course of action
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction
