Responsibilities:

* will do hardware and software troubleshooting thru the phone

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Preferably, with at least 6 months experience as a Technical Support Representative
* Has good English communication skills
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Willing to work on changing schedules.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 48 Full-Time positions available.
