Technical Support Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Graduate of an IT or Multimedia related courses
• Solid experience in web development and/or design
• Web development (HTML, CSS)
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Developed computer skills – (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc).
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge in Javascripting, jason files, PHP or other programming languages
• Knowledge in Content Management Tools like Teamsite, ECM or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge in Lotus Notes Domino helpful, but not required.
• Administrative skills for W3 Content Organization
• Business Analysis Skills

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Technical Support/Call Center experience is a plus.
* Candidate must be willing to work during Night Shift.
* Applicants must be willing to work in UP Ayala Technohub,Philcoa,Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
