Responsibilities:

* Responsible for processing customer inquiries by proceeding through appropriate work flows determined by questioning and listening.
* The candidate may be required to resolve financial and non-financial customer inquiries (e.g. billing explanations and account maintenance).
* The position also entails recognizing sales opportunities and presenting business solutions to customers.
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
* Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply!!!
* Required skill(s): Basic technical knowledge, Excellent communication skills, Customer service-oriented.
* Preferred skill(s): Positive attitude, Great work ethics.
* Previous call center work experience is an advantage.
* Required language(s): English.
* 150 Full-Time positions available.
