IT Technical Support Staff

Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge on computer networks.

• Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Monitoring network usage
• Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers
• Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems
• Working closely with other departments/ organizations and collaborating with other IT staff
• Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
• Must be on call 24 x 7
• Takes corrective measures on faulty equipment/services in resolving problems and coordinate with vendors
• Performs periodical parameter fine-tuning on communication equipment and backup communication testing
• Analyze system and perform system health-check & hardware status onboard. Maintain proper inventory of communications equipment/spares
• Manage and troubleshoot IPLC
• Knowledge in maintaining routers and switches
• Troubleshoots data and voice errors on the network


Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
