Outbound Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:
Competently Handle Barclays Outbound Customer Service Calls by meeting or exceeding client defined metrics ( Quality, Sales , AHT, Fee reversal rate, CSAT)
Requirements:
* At least 6 months call center experience, preferred.
* Preferably with sales experience
* Type 25 wpm
* College level (at least second year) or College graduate of any course
* Ability to use desktop computer system and hardware, e.g. mouse, keyboard
* Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
* Proven verbal and written communication skills consistent with North American Business standards
* Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
* Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
* Provide a positive, professional, and outgoing personality
* Good organization and work prioritization skills
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
