Requirements:

* College graduate
* Fresh graduates / applicants without call center experience are highly encouraged to apply
* With call center experience an advantage
* Good English communication skills
* Strong analytical ability
* Strong customer service orientation
* Can work well under pressure
* Good listening and comprehension skills
* Computer literate
* Willing to work on a fixed night schedule from Monday to Friday
* Willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
* Position will handle a US healthcare insurance account
