REQUIREMENTS:

* * FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENTS:
* * Candidate must possess at least 2 year Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or any computer related course (at least 3rd year level with no back subjects).
* * Call center experience is an advantage.
* * Must have ABOVE AVERAGE ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
* * For Nursing grads or undergrads: We only accept those with minimum of 2 years experience in a call center.
* * COMPUTER SAVVY and GAME ENTHUSIAST are encouraged to apply.
* * Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG (Client offers free shuttle!), Cubao, Ortigas
* * Willing to work in graveyard shift.
* * Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

* * FOR INBOUND CALL CENTER AGENTS:
