Technical Support Representative L2 - Urgent!
(National Capital Reg - Mandaluyong)

Responsibilities:• Assess, troubleshoot and resolve support requests for wireless broadband, printers, computer hardware, financial software, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Requirements:

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Preferably with one (1) year solid experience in customer service, technical support, client management and marketing (not necessarily from a call center).
• Amenable to work on shifting shcedule, weekends and holidays.
• Good English communication skills
• Perky and enthusiastic.

• Training starts on March 8, 2010


Compensation package: 20 - 26K (Inlcusive of basic salary, night differential & allowances)
