Responsibilities:

* Candidates will be responsible for providing Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service for the customers of our US-based clients.
* This ramp is for a Pioneer Telecommunications Account.

Requirements:

* Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor's/College degree, any field
* Under Graduates with minimum of 1 year BPO experience can also apply.
* Should have exemplary communication skills
* Previous technical support experience is preferred, but not neccessary.
* Affininity for computers and troubleshooting.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
