RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Attend to all customer concerns regarding product and service demands.
* Resolve possible customer problems on products and services that require basic troubleshooting.
* Process customer requests for products and services.



REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): english communication skills.
* Required language(s): Filipino, English
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
