Part-time Customer Service Associates - Makati (D75)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Part Time Customer Service Associate is an outbound market research interviewer conducts surveys with consumers about various topics, products or services. Associates for this program will need to work on a minimum of four (4) days with one of those days being Saturday or Sunday. Moreover, they are allowed to work for 5 or more day if they choose to and if there is a business need. Typical work schedule covers four (4) hours of work per day.


REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for candidates who:



* Completed at least 2 years of college
* Are familiar with basic computer operations and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Has good listening and responding skills
* Are dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
* Are amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
* Are amenable to start work at 5am or 6am
* Candidates should not be currently employed by another call center
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI.
* Applicants must be willing to start on APRIL 22, 2010.
