Customer Service Agents - Experience Not Required!
(Commonwealth, Ortigas, Shaw, Makati, Pasay, Sucat, Alabang)

• Ensure that call quality is observed in resolving customer needs.
• Receive calls from US customers, provide accurate information and assist in resolving customers' concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to work on graveyard shift, shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
• Good English communication skills with above average comprehension.
• Bachelors degree in any field or completed at least 2 years in College.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available


Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15-20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances, Night Differential)
