SPANISH -- Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Investigates and resolves problems associated with data elements or inconsistencies across transactions through research of internal and industry standard medical references materials (e.g. Facts and Comparisons, PDR, etc.)
* Enters reported data into database platform based on business rules, procedures and definitions derived from current pharmaceutical and medical practice standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Nursing graduates preferred!
* Required language(s): Spanish
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Willing to work in Makati City
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
* Full-Time positions available.
